Founded by Adrienne Hinds—an experienced higher ed administrator, and advisor—Policy Comms exists to meet a specific need: discreet, trusted counsel for institutional leadership working through complex internal and external pressures.

Adrienne understands higher education from the inside. She has worked in the systems, led through transitions, and advised those making hard decisions. Policy Comms was created to help presidents, provosts, and governance teams think clearly, communicate wisely, and lead with intention.
